What size should I buy?

If you're not sure which size is right for you, check out our size guides. They are found under the sizes available for each of our products. Contact us for more details on the fit and our specialized advice for each model. It may happen that some models are narrower or fit smaller or larger.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand, we change our minds too! Although we would like to, once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel an order, since our team is very quick to assemble and ship orders! You can always contact us and if it's not too late, we'll try to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, at your expense. In-store returns are free. All products must be returned in perfect, new condition, with tags and in the original packaging. Sale items are final sale and are not returnable or refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on orders shipped to
Canada, starting at $149. For all other orders, a flat fee of $15 applies.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges will apply and will be added at checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery is available within one business day in most major urban centers in Canada. We offer express delivery on all orders, regardless of the amount. When placing the order, you will see the estimated delivery date. A delay of one working day is included to process the order.

How to track my order?

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email accompanied by a tracking number allowing you to follow your package at each stage prior to receipt. You will also be able to see the tracking number for your order in your account.

Do you ship to the United States?

Delivery to the United States is available for a flat fee of $20 CAD. Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for any additional charges (taxes, import duties or customs fees).

Can I make an exchange?

If you prefer another size or another color, contact us by phone, chat or email. We offer exchanges by mail for only $20, including return and new shipping costs. Then return the unwanted product to us. In-store exchanges are free.

How to return an item?

1. Place the products you wish to return and the transaction receipt in the original packaging and seal it.

2. Take your package to a drop-off point of a delivery company such as Canada Post or Fedex and pay the delivery charges.
