DELIVERY PROCEDURE AND PICKUP IN STORE

DELIVERY DATE IN CANADA

We offer express delivery on all our orders in Canada, regardless of the amount. 

The delivery time is approximately 1 business day in greater Montreal, 1-3 business days elsewhere in Quebec and in large urban centers in Canada and 2-7 business days in remote areas or elsewhere in Canada.For Quebec and Ontario, most orders ship within 1-2 business days. For the rest of Canada, the delivery service estimates 2-3 business days.

When placing the order, you will see the estimated delivery date for the chosen delivery method.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package has been picked up.

Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day. While we always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that this may take longer during periods of high order volume.

Boutique Solo Inline is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as exceptional weather conditions, a postal strike or a credit check.

DELIVERY ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD

For shipments to the United States and other countries, Boutique Solo Inline cannot guarantee any estimated delivery date. Delivery times made by subcontracted transport companies and customs delays are unknown.

For international orders, an estimated delivery time is available at checkout.

For orders to the United States, we offer flat rate shipping of $20.

     

    DELIVERY COSTS 

    Shipping is free anywhere in Canada for all orders of $149 or more (amount before taxes).

    The taxes subject and specific to each province will be applied directly to the total of the invoice.

    Delivery charge of $15 (plus tax) apply for all orders under $149 and more (amount before taxes).

    We offer a billable amount $20 (plus tax) if the customer wants to have the package reshipped (to cover the return and reshipping costs), in the case of an exchange. We ship free for orders of $149 and + (before taxes) but we bear the shipping cost only once for the same package.

    If a parcel is returned to us following a refusal or a non-complaint and the customer does not want us to reship the parcel, we will deduct the costs of 15$ (+ taxes) of its reimbursement.

    Boutique Solo Inline reserves the right to refuse to ship an order if

    • we are unable to confirm the billing address linked to the credit card.
    • the delivery address is different from that linked to the credit card used.

     

    PICK UP AT OUR MONTREAL BOUTIQUE

    If you want to avoid fees or delivery delays, we also offer you the possibility of picking up your purchases at our Montreal store (4306 rue Sainte-Catherine Est) regardless of the amount of your order. Simply select the "Pick up in store" option in the choice of your shipping methods during the payment process step. 

    Please allow a maximum of 24 hours before your order is ready to be picked up in store. Customers are contacted by email or phone as soon as their package is ready to be picked up in store.

    For security reasons, we require that you present us with a copy of your invoice (paper or on your phone), the credit card used to make the online transaction and two photo ID cards so that we can return your order to the store.

    Boutique Solo Inline reserves the right to refuse to deliver an order that has been paid online if you are unable to present the required documents.
